Attractions
There are many attractions, particularly for those that love the
outdoors, such as bush walking, trout fishing and exploring historic sights
There are three walks that take around 45 minutes to complete, that are well
signposted with maps available at the museum.
Experience the history of central Tasmania in a working courthouse,
or take a stroll through the Heritage Highway Museum and
Visitor Information Centre.

Local Attractions include: historic architecture, tranquil rural surrounds, beautiful antique stores,
the Red Bridge (Built in 1836-38) which is the oldest convict built bridge
in Australia. It is fascinating to see the detail in its construction.
